It’s a party for two with a glittered ship in full sail in the fireplace, a gold and silver Thai headdress ruling the mantelpiece on a shimmering, glitter-covered polystyrene bust, and the dining room is buried beneath a pile of downy feathers.

Did you see Botticelli’s ‘The Birth of Venus’ in the window of the Bold Art Gallery during the Oyster Festival this year? Helen was there, wearing nothing but gold paint and a generous wig, representing the birth of the Goddess of Love………
